As an exhibitor of The New York Produce Show and Conference, your company is entitled to a FREE ANNOUNCEMENT in our Show Directory/Program Guide and Mobile App to be distributed on Dec. 5-7, 2023.
The Show Directory/Program Guide is a pocket-sized guidebook (4¼” x 8½”) that includes the schedule of events, speaker profiles, featured celebrity chef appearances, and, most importantly, exhibitor information. We invite you to write your most enticing copy for why customers and prospects should come to your booth. This same information will be available on our Mobile App.
Here is what is needed for your free listing:
- Company contact information
- A maximum 350-character description of your company, products or services.
- If you are a sponsor, directory advertiser (see below) or wish to upgrade your listing (see below), we will need your hi-res logo and 700-character description
Important — please remember to fill out the PRODUCTS/SERVICES CROSS-REFERENCE SECTION at the end of the form. We allow each company to submit up to 10 product/services references for their listing, so do take advantage of this service, which many companies/prospects refer to long after the show is over.

- ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY: The Show Directory/Program Guide will be the OFFICIAL GUIDE to all the activities at the conference. Your full page ad ($3,000) or 2-page ad ($4,500) will be seen by every attendee, including supermarket-retail and foodservice buyers, chefs, restaurant owners, wholesale distributors, educators and consumer media, among others.
Advertisers in the Show Directory/Program Guide are recognized as BRONZE SPONSORS of the overall show and conference. Therefore, your logo will be placed on our website, mobile app, and referenced throughout our social media channels, placed on show signage and within the directory. Visual recognition will also be given during our cocktail reception, keynote breakfast and throughout the trade show itself.
